Suport cylinder linear rail SWCS

Becouse linear rail will deflect by the influence of load or its own weight, they need to be fasten to surface. You can accomplish reinforcment with smaller holders along the rail, and that would be the best. You mast take cara especially if you use longer linear systems.

Suport cylinder linear rail, is linear rail that can be WS and WCS type, and aluminum suport to which is attached. There is no need for additional drilling, thread cutting or connecting. You will only need to attached aluminum housing to installation place. Considering on reinforcment, you can use smaller diameter, than without reinforcment. Vibrations are adjusted to minimum, and lenght is adequately long.

It can be made of:

  • WS conventional linear rail Material : STB-2(SUJ-2)
  • WCS Hard crome plated linear rail is more economical comparing to stainless steel and have same antirust protection and improved abrasion resistance. Material : GCr15 ,STS440C (SUS440C)
