Model CDS660

Proffesional high-quality lathe biggest in CDS series. Made exclusive for European market. It have mechanical clutch, hardenend and ground guideways width 394 mm on extremely rigid bed, large spindle bore from 82 to 105 mm, so as many spindle rotation speeds. Working diameter is Ø660mm , and working lenght 3000 mm. Massive main spindle is rotating between two hi-precission taper bearings, which are lubricated by oil pressure . All gears are hardened and ground. Lathe is designed for industrial and single production, toolrooms, services. When turning between centers, weight of workpiece can be up to 500kg.

What separates CDS series from other lathes, certainly is buil in oil lubricated clutch. Starting and working is smooth whitch is significance when cutting thread or more comlex objects.

All gears in headstock are hardened and ground. Precise taper roller bearing of main spindle and spindle is force feed lubricated.
